Help!
We are desperately seeking a copy of a recently decided European Court of
Justice judgement. The case was decided in early April and is know as
the Magill case. The judgement upheld an earlier ruling. I believe the
docket number of the judgement is C-241/91 p and c-242/91 P.
I have tried Westlaw, Lexis, and bumbling on the WWW. We could not reach
any one in the DC office of the European Court.
Any ideas? Of course, we were hoping to have this by Friday morning!
