Court files are open to the public; You can simply walk into the court
house and access the case documents you mention, unless: 1. The case
has been archived, in which case you will need to request the archive be
brought out of storage; or 2. For some reason, the records are sealed;
Again, I would contact the court clerk to determine requirements for
accessing casefile material;
