Such a recent case is going to be hard to find right away, and almost
impossible to find in English. If you are willing to
take it in Japanese, and can wait perhaps one to four months, a fairly
detailed summary *may* appear in:

This publication is a monthly, published on the 20th of every month. We
received the February issue (no. 237 [2/20/95]) on April 9, 1995.
I have the January issue in hand, and it has patent cases from
mid-October through late December, 1994. I don't have the February issue
in hand, and I can only guess that the April or May issue might contain
the case you're looking for.
I was able to check the March, 1995 issues of:
--AIPPI (English ed.)
--Tokkyo kenyu = Patent studies
to no avail.
One thing to keep in mind is that not all Japanese cases get published.
Sometimes they're only published years after the case is decided, and
only in commercial publications.
The "official" government reporter for Intellectual property cases is:
Chiteki zaisanken kankei minji, gy^osei saiban reish^u (Collection of
civil and administrative cases related to intellectual property rights)
However, these "official" reporters are notoriously slow in coming out.
We received v.25, no.2 (1993) in December, 1994, which is not uncommon.
