An attorney has asked me to "throw this out on the internet" and see what
I can find out about: information on the use of the Americans
with Disabilities Act in reference to
the present laws that govern continuing
retirement communities (CCRC)
In essence, he love to hear from other attorneys on how they are dealing
with this issue: If you don't meet the CCRC requirements (e.g. good
health, age etc.) now the ADA indicates that this person could sue the
CCRC on the grounds that they are being discriminated, they are disabled.
I'm trying a search on WWW and I saw a relevant BBS on FedWorld, just
fishing for ideas/hints/suggestions??? Thanks for reading.....
