Two questions for law libraries using INNOPAC. First, how do you circulate
materials to carrels? We would like to circulate some materials to our law
students "inhouse" via assigned carrels, while prohibiting circulation
outside the library. So far we've come up with two options: change the
location code temporarily (to "carrel"), or assign each law student a regular
and a carrel i.d. Neither solution is very elegant.
Along similar lines, how are you using the III circulation system to route
materials to faculty? Ideally we would like to have two loan rules for this
group as well; routing vs. regular circulation (perhaps 1 week vs. 10 week).
Any success stories?
Thanks for your help.
