Agreed, but how do we accomplish this? I think it is possible. There
is a move afoot to add Indian Law to the South Dakota Bar Exam apparently
suggested by a circuit court judge. To some extent, we are preaching to
the choir. How do we get the curriculum committees, the rest of the
faculty and the bar exam commissioners to do these things?
