In the discussion of teaching research to 1L's, I see two continuing themes.
1) Some research should be taught to 1L's.
2) Teaching researching should not end with the first year.
Nearly everyone on this list who has participated in this discussion
seems to agree with these two premises. So I have a suggestion for
the question for the next issue.
A) How many schools get another crack at teaching research to law students
in any sort of required or formalized setting after the first year?
B) If you do, what form does it take?
C) If you do, how did the program evolve?
D) If faculty outside the library are involved, how did they come to
be involved?
