This is not a complete answer but may provide some help. The International
Chamber of Commerce publishes a series of documents. No. 400, for instance,
is the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits. That publication
and presumably others can be obtained from the British National Committee of
the I.C.C., Centre Point, 103 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1QB. At least
it could when my source was published.
Encyclopedia of Associations also indicates that the ICC is affiliated with
the United states Council for International Business in New York. (Phone:
212-354-4480). Perhaps they can provide more information.
