I can not give you the text but here is some info that may help. There
are two Bangkok Declarations pertaining to Human Rights. One comes
from the official Asian Regional preparatory meeting for the World Conference
on Human Rights and the other is from the NGO meeting held in conjunction
with the preparatory meeting. The Xinhua News Agency Overseas News
division put out a short message on 1,2 or 3 April which sems to be
quoting from the official Declaration. I assume they have an office in
Hong Kong where you can look at their dispatches. The Bangkok Post
also covers the Declaration in detail on those dates. For the
unofficial declaration contact the Phillipine Alliance of Human Rights
Advocates, probably Cecilia Jimenez will have it. Dan Wade at Yale Law
School may have a contact with that organization. If you have a
contact with Amnesty International either in Hong Kong or London, they
should have both declarations. I would also check the American and
British Foreign Broadcast Service reports. I will let you know if I
can find more on the declaration. FYI, it is only five pages in length.

I hope this is useful to you.
