Actually, I also got the impression from the "job description" that they
want someone to do a lot of looseleaf filing. Sounds like the bank
should at least spring for the cost of a consultant's visit to analyze
their collection & make recommendations - and train qualified clerical
staff on the art of looseleaf filing. Let's face it, if they want to do
it on the cheap, they'll get what they pay for. After that student's
tenure is over that collection of books will probably never be maintained.
