Does anyone know what is going on with Barclays Law Publishers out of
San Francisco? They came into Ilinois to sell a new version of the
Illinois Administrative Code in the last year. Calling there today, I
learned that sales rep Mike Reynolds, VP Clark Wigley, and Operations
Director Sue Stapleton are no longer with the company. What alerted me
was their mailing to sell the Master Index of the _Illinois
Administrative Code_ despite the fact that our order included this index
at no additional charge. Are they going through changes? Have they been
taken over?
