Subject: West's Brief to Wisconsin Supreme Court
West submitted a 70-page brief to the wisconsin supreme court in connection
with the court's hearing on March 21 concerning Wisconsin's instituting a
public-domain citation system. The American Association of Legal Publishers
obtained a copy of that brief and has placed the full text, without
attachments, on the TAP Gopher. The URL for the West Brief on the TAP Gopher

The Wisconsin Supreme Court will accept comments on this matter through Monday,
