Eric, I can fax you a copy of the SOR if you want - it is 9 pages long.
Your client/patron may want to know that that particular regulation
was repealed January 19, 1995. The Canadian Environmental Assessment
Act, S.C. 1992, c.37 was brought into force (most of it) also on January
19, and there are new regulations that were brought into force also
on January 19. The new regulations were published in the Canada Gazette
in October and are cited as SOR/94-636,637,638, and 639. They are 41
pages long, so I would rather not fax them to you, but could if necessary.
Also, I should mention (just to make this really complex) that an amending
Act, An Act to Amend the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, S.C.
1994, c.46 was brought into effect on January 19.
