     I have a professor who wants to know if back issues of the Federal
     Register are available on CD-ROM from GPO or a private publisher. The
     only think I have been able to find so far is Counterpoint
     Publishing's Service which goes back to about 1990.

     Has anyone heard of any other CD-ROM sources of back issues of the
     federal register? Any info will be appreciated. If you e-mail me
     directly, I will summarize the results for the list.
