Federal Local Court Rules

I have had it with this particular set. I find rules that have been
missing for a year or more. Currently one of my attorneys needed to use
the rules for the Northern District of Georgia. The rules have an
effective date of 6/1/93. There was an order issued 2/28/94 deleting and
changing a number of orders. It has not yet been included. I located the
order by going online (Westlaw) and updating the section my attorney had
been working with. No, the order had not been worked into the online
version of the rules almost a year later (this isn't the first time I've
gone to West to pick up the slack for Lawyer's Co-op just to find that
they are just as slack).

I am curious as to whether or not there is a set comparable to
the Federal Local Court rules that is more RELIABLE and updated quickly. I
have found a way to ensure that the rules are up-to-date, but it is truly
ugly and besides, that's what I am paying Lawyer's Co-op for (and I would
have assumed that West would have an up-to-date version available as well).
