Hi all--
I have a magistrate headed to Cambodia to help modernize their judicial
system and need to locate a good up-to-date treatise on their civil law
system. Searched on OCLC to no avail and I am running out of time.
The articles I have found are not good enough.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
