Does anyone know of a good treatise on the new FDA food labelling law? I
have checked with several publishers (CCH,CBC,Little Brown, Matthew
Bender, Shepard's, and West) and the closest items I have found are:
1) Food and Drug Administration 2nd Ed - Shepard's McGraw-Hill
2) Food Law Reports - CCH
I am looking for something with guidance on how to design food labels,
thus I am really trying to find a book, seminar material, etc. which
emphasizes the subject of labelling food. (uphamj@mlc.lib.mi.us).
