Does anyone know if the full text of briefs filed in ULP (unfair labor
practice) actions before the National Labor Relations Board are available
anywhere other than from the NLRB? Does anyone compile these briefs?
As far as I can tell, they're only available from the NLRB; they're not on
Lexis or Westlaw and aren't referred to in the labor law chapter in Leah
Chanin's Specialized Legal Research. Any thoughts?
