Our Head of Technical Services wants to know if anyone has ever calculated
the average value of a back issue of a periodical, i.e., an individual
issue, not a volume.
Why? Because we would like to show the financial benefit to our library
in belonging to the periodical exchange program.
Her guess is $15 per issue.
