I am trying to borrow a Discussion Draft of the 1990 Model Code of
Judicial Conduct. The Discussion Draft was issued on May 1, 1989 by the
ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. This
draft does not appear on OCLC, the ABA cannot provide it and it is not
included in the Reporters Notes to the 1990 Code.
If you can lend the Discussion Draft or the Transcripts of the
Hearings on the Discussion Draft, please reply to me. Thank you.
