We are looking for regulations filed in the Department of State of Puerto
Rico, specifically laws 3885 and 4810 promulgated by the Health
Department of PR. Does anyone have any suggestions of where we can find
this information? (We've called PR but that will take longer than the
poor associate can wait.)
