ObLegal: S.3 is perhaps the scariest crime legislation to come down
the pike in ages. It expands RICO conspiracy (sec. 719), effectively
abolishes the exclusionary rule, and adds a whole raft of crimes to
those for which Title III intercepts can be authorized. Ugh.
