The next issue of THE CRIV SHEET will be hitting the streets by the
end of the month (as an insert in your February AALL NEWSLETTER).
In addition to the regular columns ("Questions & Answers," "Cost
Saving Tips," "Complaint Summaries"), this issue contains an article
by former CRIV Member Anna Belle Leiserson which introduces readers
to her new WWW site for Acquisitions Librarians, "Ms. Acquisitions."
In addition, Butterworth Legal Publishers President, Graham Marshall,
gives readers a publishers view of the Internet, and Richard Stroup
outlines a new technique for evaluating CD-ROM products. The issue
also contains part 2 of our interview with three executives of the
Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., as well as a list of customer
service E-mail addresses for approximately 30 commercial information
providers.
The deadline for submitting material for publication in the May issue
of The CRIV Sheet is March 15, 1995. The editor is interested in
receiving submissions from both librarians and vendors. If you have
an idea for an article, please contact Richard Vaughan
(rvaughan@indiana.edu or 812-855-4199).
