I have someone who is urgently looking for statistics about
cars equipped with air bags. Specifically she needs to know
1) how many cars with air bags were sold in 1977 (no that's not
a typo)
2) how many cars with air bags were sold in Maryland in 1977?
3) how many cars were sold in 1977.
I tried Lexis looking for a summary with no luck. I've got a
call into the Detroit Public library's automotive history
department too. They think they may be able to help, but I'm
willing to try other sources. Any leads are appreciated.
