You can get to the IRS forms via fedworld. Telnet to fedworld.gov or WWW
<http://www.fedworld.gov> or FTP to ftp.fedworld.gov. I have telnetted
in and browsed around, even got a couple of forms. However, they are in 4
different formats, only one of which I recognized! We did not find them
to be usable in our office.
