I don't know of any electronic source for TX Supreme Court rulings. You
might try the electronic arm of our state educ agency at cstout@tenet.edu
to see if they've put it out to the schools yet. I have a hard copy I can
send or fax collect if you need it. Call Rhonda in my office at
512-463-0492 and tell her I said we could do this.
BTW, I co-sponsored the plan just approved by the court, if you have specific
questions.
