Thanks to all of you who responded to my plea for a Texas Supreme Court
decision! I think I'll be receiving it tomorrow from the Texas State Law
Library.
New question: there is apparently a new rule of Wisconsin court regarding
ADR and voluntary mediation. Needless to say, it isn't showing up on
Westlaw yet; it went into effect Jan.1995. Does anyone up in Wisconsin
have a copy of this new rule? Maybe someone could fax? I promise to post
immediately when I get it so we won't get more than one copy!
