Contrary to a recent posting, West's Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and
Rules is NOT out of print. Sales of the 1994 Edition exceeded projections
and it is presently out of stock. The 1995 Edition will be available in
early March. Until that time, West Publishing will fill orders with the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure--1994-95 Educational Edition, which will
include the 1994 supplement to Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and rules.
As soon as it is available, the 1995 Edition of West's Federal Civil
Judicial Procedure and Rules will be sent to those customers who place an
order during this interim period.
