I have been asked to obtain a section of Legislative History from the
1939 Internal Revenue Code. I am in search of HR 2333 (77th Congress,
2nd Session), information on p52.

If anyone has this in their collection, would it be possible to fax me a few
pages (maybe pp 50 through 55)? I have been unable to locate this in our
local academic law library.
