One of my attorneys recently saw a book in the Bahamas titled (he thinks)
"Secret Tax Havens" by an author (he thinks) named Robert Chappell. This
is (he thinks) a new publication. My local jobber couldn't find out any
info regarding this publication and I couldn't find anyone who has
cataloged it yet. And, of course, he wants it NOW. Any info would be
greatly appreciated if someone has seen of heard of this - I need to know
the publisher so I can order. If worse comes to worse I have offered to
go to the Bahamas to find this book. I don't think the firm will take me
up on my offer!
