Hi all-

A prof. wants the full text of a South Carolina bill from last
year. This bill mandates norplant use by welfare recipients and
was sponsored by Roland Corning. After some on-line research I
believe that I have established the Bill # as SB 3207.

Can anyone provide me with a copy of this bill? I do not
believe that it became lawbecause I probably would have heard
more about it.

While I am aware that it is impossible, I will ask if there was
a committee report issued on the bill. If so, can that be gotten
as well.

As I am sure you are aware, this is a rush item - what isn't?
