Both my attorney and I have exhausted most avenues trying to
locate any legislative history on Section 106 of the Bankrupcty
Act that was amended in 1938. The language "operating agreement"
was added to the 1989 Bankrupcty Act and we're trying to find out
why that term was placed in the amendment.
We are unable to locate any conference or committee reports on
this measure. I would be very grateful if anyone in Law-Lib land
has any documentation that could help us in this matter. All
major Bankruptcy publications have been checked as well as the
code annotations and the CIS. Thanks in advance for any help.
