114 WLR 653 (Super Ct)

I am trying to locate 114 WLR 653. The case is Riggs Nat'l Bank vs
Simplicio. It was cited in the DC statutes. I tried Westlaw and OCLC and
have had no luck. I thought WLR stood for Washington Legal Reporter,
however my OCLC request was sent back unfilled. Any assistance in looking
or pointing me to the right direction would be appreciated. You can
