Does anyone know of a preferably cheap, quick way to get the text
of the "cultural" or"audiovisual" exemptions to GATT? These are
not online in LEXIS, presumably because they're not part of the
final act/agreement. For the same reason, we do not think they
are in the GATT files on Internet. Thanks!!!!!! You can send
