A professor here would like an article by Russ found in 93 Lawyers
Weekly USA 77. Although we have a subscription, we recently discovered
that it is mistakenly being sent to another faculty member on campus.
(He's been reading and then discarding them.)
Our ILL department has already tried an OCLC request, and it has come
back unfilled. If you can help, please let me know. We will pay any
charges. Thank you. Oops, the date on the issue is May 10, 1993.
