Subject: russian constitution (fwd)
I was asked for this recently as well. While I did not find the Dec. 12th
official constitution, I did find the November draft for approval on the
Dec. 12th date. The newest supplement for Russia in the Constitutions of
the Countries of the World was received by us recently and it was
there. Sue, check with your loose-leaf filers.

Subject: russian constitution
Does anyone know an internet source for the latest version of the
Russian constitution -- that is, the one with Dec. 1993 changes?
I have searched such places as Washlaw, Cornell, Washington & Lee
with no success. The looseleaf Constitutions of the World is current
only to Oct. 1993.
