One of my attorneys has a rumor that Bill Clinton co-authored a law review
article which was published in the Arkansas law review.
I have tried the usual sources like the index to legal periodicals and Nexis
and have been unable to find a cite.
Can anyone give me a cite to any law review article or note done in whole or
part by Bill Clinton?
