Last week I posted a message to the list concerning Hein's CD-ROM for
treaties. I was mistaken; the treaty CD which we have,
and with which we are dissatisfied, is Oceana's TIARA: Treaties and
International Agreements Researchers Archive. I have not tried Hein's
product.
Today I received 2 phone calls from Hein; one from my good friend Dick
Spinelli. Hein is going to let us try out their treaty product, which I
will report on. Our law library always has received excellent response from
this company, and I feel terrible that I may have caused Hein to lose
business because of this mistake.
