In West's Bankruptcy Digest, vol. 13, 1992 pocket part, p. 17 (at the end of
key no. 3011) is a citation to 8 NABTALK 15 (no. 1). The digest says this
is a law review (1992) and proceeds to give the title of the article. Just
what is NABTALK?? Any help is appreciated.
