Colleagues,
Sometimes it seems we're just chatting among ourselves but an article
in Tuesday, March 30's Seattle Times reminded me that our
conversations don't pass away into nothing. The article by Paul
Andrews is about a suit by Medphone against Peter DeNigris, a New York
investor, who used email over Prodigy to criticize the financial
viability of the company. Even though DeNigris' statements were
private, the company is suing for libel. Although the Times is online
in Nexis, there'll be a time lag before this shows so if you're
interested in the article, send me a note.
