Have you developed any in-house documentation on using the Internet?
If so, would you be willing to share a copy with me? I'm collecting
material to make available in the Internet-access area at the Boston
AALL meeting. Ideally, I'd like to have some simple handouts that
people could take with them, and a bigger collection of documents
compiled into notebooks (same concept as the Placement room) for
folks to look at while they're there.
If you either have material to share or ideas of resources we should
