Here at U.S.D., the paralegal program funds one-half of the salary of a
reference librarian "for services rendered." We may try for more in the
future. Here, also, the paralegal instructors have always said to the
students, "If you have any questions, ask the librarian!" At least we are
able to justify asking the paralegal school for money. We also keep
statistics on who the patrons are, so we can track the paralegal students
by asking them who they are, and if they are from this school or somewhere
else.
