Our library is participating in a task force which is studying document
delivery. We would like to hear from law school libraries that are
using commercial document delivery - what kind of services are you using
and with what results? Please specify whether your access to these
services is on-site or remote and any benefits/problems associated with
such access.

Any information you have will be useful in our evaluation.
