Perhaps the students don't realise that the tuition they are paying is a mere
fraction of what it really costs to educate them. I am sure taxpayers
and contributing alumni would not appreciate supporting the irresponsible
behavior/habits of these students, and tax payers are the ones ultimately
paying for these supplies.
