I have been contacted by the director of a legal aid clinic who
is trying to find out if there are video tapes available for
training both law students and clients.
For law students working in the clinic things like civil procedure,
drafting pleadings, debt collection, divorce, landlord-tenant,
medicare/medicaid, ADC, SSI, etc.
For clients things like breaking the cycle of domestic violence,
obtaining restraining orders, consumer's rights in debt collection
and credit reporting, tenant's rights, public benefits eligibility,
appearing in court pro se, etc.
Does any one have any suggestions on where to go to look for this
kind of thing, if it exists at all?
Many thanks.
