There is a program/catalog publication which has now been around for
quite a while known as "Hytelnet." It is basically a catalog of all
telnet catalogs available throughout the globe, and it is available
via anonymous ftp at access.usask.ca in /pub/hytelnet, I believe. The
ftp readme will instruct you when you log in as anonymous. I run it
on a PC and in Unix. In Unix it actually becomes an application, not
just a catalog. Too bad it does not script the telnet, but it is
replete with useful information that you may be interested in.
Unfortunately, Ellen, there is no separate law library listing.
Hope this is of some help!
