We select only 6% of what is available, so the idea of purchasing what we
are now receiving for free is not that daunting. We have idly talked about
giving up depostory status, most often whenever the government starts talking
about limiting distribution.
We feel that if it comes to the point where the government is not going to
give us the material we need in the format we deem most appropriate, we will
give up the status. It might be more expensive in the long run, but it would
be a lot less hassles and we would be assured of having complete runs of our
materials.
