Bound UST will no longer be sent to selective depositories, starting with
v.35, according to Admin.Notes 14:3 (2/15/93). Admin.Notes suggests that
selective libraries bind the slip treaties (TIAS). I suggest that law
librarians encourage Dept.of State & GPO to start including the UST volume
numbering and pagination on the slip TIAS (the same way Stat. vol. &
pagination are included in slip Public Laws), which would make locally bound
TIAS more permanently useful.
