Tell your students that the supplies for the LIBRARY are just that! That
the students can BUY pens, pencils, white out, etc, etc in the book store.
Library stationery is for library mail! You have a strict budget that does
not include all the students!
But then, why should the students buy their supplies if they have
a nice person like you to GIVE it to them?
