I'm looking for an article from the 1993 Special Institute
of the Eastern Mineral Law Foundation. The title of the article
is "Coal Mine Bonding and Reclamation Liabilities." All of my
attempts to track this down have failed thus far. If anyone
could give me any info on how to obtain a copy of this or the
institutes telephone number I would greatly appreciate it.
